We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on SeekQuote and any add-on products purchased at checkout. If you're not satisfied for any reason, submit a request through our Support Center at serialprogressseeker.freshdesk.com/support/home within 30 days of your purchase. Include a brief note on what wasn't working for you so we can keep improving the product and understand the full nature of your issue with the tool, and we'll refund your original payment method — we keep it quick and easy.

Because SeekQuote is a downloadable browser extension, your refund also ends your license to use it. When you request a refund, we will ask you to remove SeekQuote from your Chrome extensions page (chrome://extensions) and reply with a quick screenshot confirming it is uninstalled. Once your refund is issued, your right to use SeekQuote ends and any continued use is unauthorized.

After 30 days, all sales are final.
