You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may limit your ability to use certain features of the Services.
F. SMS and Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from SPS (for example, by submitting your phone number on a webinar registration or opt-in form), we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive SMS communications.
We use this information solely to send you the messages you signed up for, such as webinar reminders, event updates, product announcements, promotional offers, and other business communications related to SPS products and services.
SMS consent disclosure (required by carriers): We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers (such as carriers and our SMS messaging platform, SalesMessage) to operate our SMS program. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
3. Product-Specific Data Practices
A. SeekQuote (Browser Extension)
SeekQuote is a browser-based image editing tool that operates entirely on your local device. Images you upload, right-click, capture, or edit, as well as settings you save (such as your logo and brand color), are processed and stored locally in your browser. SPS does not receive, transmit, host, or store your images or the content you create with SeekQuote on our servers, and we do not sell or share that content with anyone. SeekQuote does not collect your browsing history or track the websites you visit.
B. SeekLetter (Newsletter Platform)
SeekLetter is a SaaS newsletter platform. When you create a SeekLetter account, SPS collects and stores your email address, username, and encrypted password.
Email lists and subscriber data: SeekLetter allows you to connect your account to third-party email service providers, including but not limited to ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), MailerLite, GetResponse, and Brevo. Your subscriber lists and newsletter contacts are stored directly with those third-party providers — not with SPS. We do not have access to, store, or process your subscriber lists. Your relationship with your subscribers and any applicable data laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL) are your responsibility as the account holder.
Payments for SeekLetter subscriptions are processed by Stripe. See Section 2C.
C. SeekDocs (Ebook & Document Publishing Platform)
SeekDocs is a SaaS ebook and document publishing platform that allows you to upload content — such as exported Google Docs — and publish it as a beautifully formatted, mobile-friendly ebook or knowledge base. SeekDocs also includes built-in sales pages for selling ebooks and digital products. SeekDocs is available in three tiers: Free, Creator, and Pro.
For all tiers, SPS collects and stores your email address, username, and encrypted password. Documents and ebooks you upload or create within SeekDocs are stored on SPS infrastructure and associated with your account.
Pro accounts may also configure a custom domain for their SeekDocs content. Domain configuration settings are stored with your account.
Payments for SeekDocs Creator and Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. See Section 2C.
